This is known as an avatar, you can upload your own image by going to your U2start and then to your details.
Click on the camera icon in the toolbar just above the input field where you post a reply or open a new topic, then select an image from your computer. If you then submit your post, the image will be prepended above your message. Your image will automatically be resized to fit on the forums.
