Performance notes: It's the twentieth anniversary of Elvis Presley's death, so Bono sprinkles the show with tributes to him. Setlist and comment provided by U2gigs.com.

Kind of hard to judge due to the less-than-ideal sound quality, but it seems like a good, strong performance. Bono sounds to be in good voice, especially by PopMart standards. He really goes to town on Mofo and the Mystery Train snippet in Until the End of the World.
Sound
Not very good sound; I was torn between 3 and 3.5 but decided to go higher because some of it isn't too bad. Bono's vocals are clear enough, Edge's backing vocals are not. The guitar is ok, the bass and drums are kind of a muddy blur in the back. It seems especially bad on Mofo, I Will Follow, and Last Night On Earth and has some lapses back here and there. Begins to improve around Until the End of the World and New Year's Day. By Bullet the Blue Sky, it's improved significantly from the first several tracks, but still isn't great.
Basically the sound is 2.5-3 stars for the first several songs, 3-3.5 for the middle part of the show, and 3.5-maaaaybe 4 from Bullet through the encore. Overall, pretty disappointing and this boot's biggest letdown. Recording: Audience microphone - 3 stars
Audience
The audience seem pretty pumped, especially on New Year's Day, Pride, Staring at the Sun, and of course Streets. They certainly clap along for quite a lot of the show. After Bullet the Blue Sky, Bono tells somebody, 'you'd better get that laser off my fucking face, pal.' The singalong with Can't Help Falling In Love is very nice.
Overall
Overall a good show and good audience, but disappointing sound. The sound is fine for Bullet through the encore but before that it's not good, and is actually pretty appalling in places, like on a lot of Mofo. There's a break and a slight repeat between Bullet and Please.
Lots of good snippets during this show. Bono makes a joke about one of the Elvis snippets, I think it was because he forgot the words, but I couldn't really tell because of the sound quality. He changes the lyrics on Please quite significantly; I can't tell if this is a mistake which he then covers for or not...
Overall, you could easily pass this bootleg up on the basis of sound which is a shame because it's a good show but listening to the majority of it just isn't very enjoyable.
Hard to pick because so much of the show is just 'eh' but... highlights:
- Bullet the Blue Sky
- Discothèque
- If You Wear That Velvet Dress
- Can't Help Falling In Love
- the snippets, especially Mystery Train
