sharing his more than fabulous recording of Seattle iem crew. A lot of people have showed us also
how happy they are with our recordings and have inspired us to share more. You have also showed us
what great fans you are and we would like to show you what great fans we are too :)

About the show: Great 1st night of the new Tour of U2 in Mexico after 5 years. Azteca Stadium is
the right place to have a U2 concert (more like an event) and the crowd is one of the best in
the world. We can say this because we had witnessed nearly 30 shows from this tour. Bono and the
band really connected with the Mexican fans. This was the 1st night out of 3 in Mexico City,
played for a sold out crowd of more than 100.000 people. This concert was one day after Bono's
birthday and Edge sung Happy Birthday to his band mate to celebrate his birthday.

About the recording: This is the 1st IEM recording and the only recording being shared in FLAC
at the moment so this is really rare. It's a great recording, with some drops here and there but
overall a great recording. Remember, we are the first people willing to share iem recordings from
Mexico 2011.

Requests:

- This is a single feed, we don't have time to mix it with other feeds at this moment (sorry), if
you're a fan of ONLY multiple feeds mix, this is not for you then, you can skip the torrent and
it's all good, just leave the other people that will download to enjoy it.

- If you want to use this recording for a matrix or any video to upload, please let us know
before, and ask us please, THANK YOU.

- Please don't ask about other recordings from Mexico 2011, thank you.

- Our goal is and always will be to try to please everyone but sometimes even if this is for
FREE, there's always someone (CRAZY)complaining. If you're one of the ones not pleased, keep that
for yourself please (at least try) don't pollute the torrent with nonsense, thank you.

- It was very, very hard for us to get this recording, so we appreciate that you respect these
requests, but if you can't respect these requests (not sure why you wouldn't), don't make a fool
out of yourselves like some did already loll, we appreciate that you skip the torrent and let the
true fans enjoy this, thank you.

Performance

There were a few mistakes. Bono completely forgets the lyrics on GOYB and they had problems with the bass' volume on EBTTRT.

Sound

This is the main drawback of the show, in both sources. The audience recording is not very good and the IEM, while having better sound, has an incredibly annoying noise caused by the wind that night every 2 minutes that just ruins the experience. If you listen with earphones, don't turn up the volume or your ears will bleed.

Audience

This is only a rating of how the audience is captured in the bootleg. Being an IEM, we don't have much of them, but they were so loud we can still hear them in songs like ISHFWILF.

Overall

It was a very good show but alas, not captured in all its glory. As an example, Stuck from this show appeared in the From The Ground Up and it sounds incredible there. Maybe one day we can get a matrix and someone can remove that f*** sound from the IEM. Bono was very cautious that day with no political speeches or funny band intros (he'll make them at the next show). Someone did his homework and taught Bono some Mexican phrases like "una banda bien chingona" (something like "a f*** great band") and "a toda madre" during Vertigo.
Highlights:
EBTTRT
Beautiful Day with a girl standing up and reciting a poem by Aztec Emperor/poet Nezahualcóyotl, although I was expecting more emotion from her!
One, mainly because of the crowd.
Moment Of Surrender, dedicated to the victims of the violence in my country.
As a side note, these IEMs are very interesting because you get to hear all the chatter by the band and the crew during the encore break.
