Performance

The band puts on a good show. Touch makes a return to the setlist after being absent for quite some time. The band is full of energy during Another Time, Another Place and The Cry/Electric Co. The concert definitely picks up in the second half. Bono dedicates Twilight to the young Peter Rowen and most of the songs here are performed well.

Sound

The recording quality is okay. There is a fair amount of buzzing noise and the band sounds a tad muffled, but for the most part Bono and all of the instruments can be heard clearly. It's not nearly as bad as some other Boy Tour recordings. Overall, it's very listenable!

Audience

The audience was hyped to have U2 back in Scotland, and they enthusiastically cheer after every song and during Bono's speeches. They don't interfere with the quality of the recording. Every ticket to the show was sold out!

Overall

Some highlights of the show include the first 11 O'Clock Tick Tock, Twilight, and Stories For Boys. The show is a good listen for early U2 fans. The audio could be a lot worse and both the band and the audience are pleased to be at the University. In general, definitely worth your time!
