Performance notes: U2's first show in Australia; the setlist is incomplete. Gloria opened the show but both Edge and Adam suffer instrument malfunctions during the song; Edge has further problems during Surrender. To make up for the problems, the band repeat Gloria in the encore to, in Bono's words, "get it right this time". 40 is the closer.
