Performance

Top notch, even if Bono's voice is strained. He had more problems in the first and third shows in Dortmund. He still sounds phenomenal.

Sound

The bootleg lets you appreciate all aspects of the show without any problem. Rest assured, Bobfather's source is the best one for this show.
Recording: Audience microphone - 3.5 stars

Audience

Unbelievably loud, and as Bono said, they were getting noisier after every Dortmund show.

Overall

It doesn't get any better than this Lovetown leg and Dortmund is no exception. Perhaps the best show of the 3. Desire and AATW are superb at the beginning of the show, with great snippets. Streets is here with all its Lovetown glory and it seems like the entire building is about to collapse. OTH is another highlight, but this version of Bad is out of this world. Top 5 performance to me. Very similar to the Rotterdam 90/01/10 performance with Norwegian Wood and Bono possessed by pure genius. I think he even snippets Sweetest Thing. Then NYD is very special, even with minor technical problems. Throughout the entire leg, Bono always mentioned the fall of the Iron Curtain and dedicates this song to the ex-USSR nations. Nothing like performing the song in Germany right after the fall of the Berlin wall. The crowd was great too. The encore set with BB King and his band was great too, specially Angel of Harlem with the Suspicious Minds snippet. During People Get Ready a girl played the guitar and to my surprise, it didn't drag the song too much and was quite enjoyable.
Listen to this show, you won't regret it.
