1. Not sure what he's doing there, sounds different to the fake solo the other day (there you can hear clearly the backing chords) but he looks to be furiously strumming instead of picking up each note of the solo. I will search for another angle of Phoenix, thanks Gerard.

PS. I knew you would be disappointed too.
  2. when is gerard not disappointed
  3. it's a fine line.
  4. This just in. Reports say the band had planned to play Acrobat on Night 4 or 5, but have scrapped the plan because The Edge would need to use pre-recorded riffs to pull it off.

"There seems to be quite an issue being made of me using recorded guitar parts, so I've decided that in order to please the critics, we're going to scrap Acrobat and play medley of snippets instead." The Edge told the Village Voice in an interview today.

He was playing the solo there.
  7. unless he's strumming the solo like he did on Fallon
  8. He plays it old school like he would have in 80's
    Think In Gods Country style
  9. I'm pretty certain he screws up the solo in Boston at least once.

  11. Most of the sound rig is suspended from the ceiling. My guess is those amps on stage are monitors so he can hear himself. Or, they're for show. Either way, the sound rig is all suspended above everyone in an oval that runs around the complete stage; 'i', 'e', and the runway between. Makes for very evenly distributed sound during the show!
