I have a question these tickemasters card entry tickets works only in the USA or if you buy a ticketmaster tickets in Europe you also need to take your personal credit card with you?

To get into the show with a paperless ticket, you will need the credit card you bought it with. No exceptions.

I can't remember if my photo ID was checked for my paperless show that I went to…I distinctly remember having to swipe the card through a card reader, but I don't really recall having my photo ID out…either way, this is sound advice to follow just to be safe.
