I'm serious and don't eat junk food. And body needs sugars too... Everything must be ballanced and everything extreme is bad. Even if you eat just fruits and vegetables, you need to ballance it with proteins and sugars...
fruit is natural sugar good for daily intake.. just please watch your cholestorol with foods like doughnuts etc!!..''

Don't worry I have low cholesterol (like very low) and also glucose in blood and low blood pressure... so I can sin with food a little lol. I am lucky with that... what bugs me are some allergies... can't eat some fruits (like apples, peaches etc...) and nuts. Not that I would die, it's just uncomfortable and trace amount doesn't do anything....

right now im hungry i ate a lite lunch, a sandwhich roast beef, camembert cheese avocado with lettuce tomato and carrot, was lovely especially the cheese, i love cheese and avocado, but since im hungry now im having wheet bix lol
todays weather has been heavenly, hardly any scorching sun but just warm fresh overcast weather, i love autumn
i like it here, where ever home and family is im happy..
but we do have the best climate lol i think so anyway
i like snow its pretty but only for a short period of time
after a while its a pain in the ass
This winter sucks, we almost didn't have snow, just in the mountains. But of course I can't wait for summer... You don't need a lot of clothes, girls showing up legs... etc... lol
