1. Thanks a lot, Remy for your help with this.

I contacted Spreadshirt and they gave me several options. They offered me a return for an exchange or a refund and also the option of keeping the shirt and receiving a partial refund of 11 Euro in the form of a voucher for my next order.

I opted for the partial refund which seemed like a very good deal. Although the original shirt isn't as I had hoped it is still wearable and now I get to choose another one of the great designs for what is essentially half price.

All in all, I have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Spreadshirt. They were apologetic, eager to put the problem right and always replied promptly to my emails ... it's unusual to get such good service nowadays.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know and thanks again for taking the time to reply to me, I really appreciated the advice.

Thanks for sharing your story! Great to hear. I have the same experience with Spreadshirts' service and haven't heard any other experience so that's great. Enjoy your existing and new shirts! See you on tour
