That happens in other forums. Not here. We all enjoy this site. Let's keep it that way. Off with the horns, on with the show.

I understand your point. But still........ I would never act like that no matter how much i disagreed with someone.

  4. Sorry for double post

Between Iris and Cedarwood. (I guess Cesar suggested that).

I don't think it was that wrong in that spot, though.
Also, we really need a good bootleg, because sometimes in one video I hear people excited and in other videos of the same song, the people sounds dead, sometimes I hear the bass sometimes I don't, depending on the video, so... I'll wait for the bootleg of my new #1 show so far.
  6. I watched the LA video and the jools holland performance again just now... it's really not fair to compare yet from what I could tell, they did nothing differently (musically) than at jools' (though, maybe, they played it a little faster in LA - which should be a good thing though). must be the poor audio sound.
  7. What did you guys think of Troubles?
  8. For the record I never once called you out personally. Were you upset cause I said you were bitching? Cause you were.

But here's the thing, we're all bitching here one way or another aren't we? Whether it be about setlists, which song might be the best, which song should be a single, which song shouldn't etc.

I always say this about politics but the same thing can be said for here: We're all on the same side here but it's also really interesting to see how people disagree when it comes to the same exact topic.

Anyway, exciting show...I can't wait for them to come closer East so I can stay up and follow the tour!

I'm so happy they played Volcano. Just saw the video, and yeah, I think there were some issues there...needs more practice. I just hope they don't give up on it.

What I especially found a bit problematic was the glasto section ("You - are - ... - rock & roll!..") ... Some timing issues apparently as it seemed the Edge started the riff early.

Also it seems from the video that they're using pre-recorded Bono vocals as background (to make the distorted double voice effect of the studio version)...and then the final "rock & roll!" is not even live Bono singing. He's got the mic away and you just hear it. On Jools Holland it was the Edge doing the backing vocals and to me that was better!

    See this at 2:15 ...

watched a video from a totally different angle / further away. missed the "rock'n'roll" thing entirely. I agree, let edge do the backing vocals instead of a tape. and I still think the I-stage would be better suited for this song.
