The venue could have easily allowed those people access to the floor which remains wide open every night, in apology for the error that is obviously of ZERO fault to the customer. Twelve people? Even if the story is on the slim side, and there were 30 people without a seat, it seems accommodating the people who have paid money to see the show is the LEAST the venue can do.
I have been better accommodated for far, far less trouble in venue before. What a disgraceful story.

I hope this reaches the right people and they a) take action to prevent this from happening to more fans and b) if it's at all possible, it'd be a sweet move of the u2 management to invite those people to another show, free of costs.
