  7. Discounts. The staff go about with this magical gun when things are almost out of date and put yellow barcodes and reduced prices over the old ones.
  8. A food article that has "caducado" for a few hours and is therefore sold at ridiculous prices. Like a £3 sandwich that's sold for 25p and so.

    In Costa Rica spoiled food may rest in the shelf for a couple days before they throw it away, never giving it a discount!

    Yeah we Latin countries work very different to Anglo Saxon ones in this matter - as in may others. It's basically like ^ that here in Spain too.
