Songs played: 27

  1. My daughter bought one of the supposedly limited edition t-shirts from Boston that said "U2 BOSTON - 2015" across the front and just had the 4 Boston dates across the back. The first night we were there I heard they only had a 100 or so of each size so we got those first thing when we went in for night 3.

There's was also a kids Raised by Wolves t-shirt I saw on night 1 that was not there on night 3. Not sure if that was a limited edition or the t-shirt table we went to just didn't have that one.

From what I've read, even if you show up an hour before, still a great spot. Anywhere in the GA is great. The stage is everywhere basically. Unless you really need a front-rail spot there's no need to queue for hours.

(also see some other GA-related topics in this subforum for more experiences/info)
At Boston 3 the other night people were jammed against the rails, yet, the people having the most fun was this group of 10-15 people a good distance from the rails dancing their hearts out. That would've been me had I been down there!

That's where I'll be aiming for on my first show next week. Some distance from the rails with some space, some view of the screen and a view of every stage.

  4. That sucks. Pretty good replication. They even spelled the company I work for who sponsors the tour correctly.

Went to MSG - no luck with the people in the GA line (boy, did they look hot). Impressed by the number of younger people. On other side of arena, couldn't even find the ticket office. One scalper with his 'broker' on the phone wanted $400/pr for GA. Wifey's feet were blistering up, may go back closer to showtime. If anyone hears of tix, please let me know. Thanks for all the great comments.
  5. When I was there in 2001 they sold some tickets from the box office at about 7PM......
