Every setlist party I've actively been a part of in New York has featured one ATYCLB song on the e-stage, so I was here for the three Elevations and one Stuck.
The good news is that I'll be out with coworkers during showtime tomorrow, so I think you'll be getting Acrobat instead.
I don't have any remorse going to all the shows but I am a 30 min drive from MSG. I see a ton of flags and have met people from all over the world. Those are the people I kinda feel for when it comes to the setlists. Even the U2 defenders can't possibly defend the lack of variation during the NY run.
Yes, the ones I feel really sorry when I see the sets are those coming from far away. I will see Amsterdam 3 and 4 and I don't give a damn if I get the exact same set both nights because they will be different experiences in different locations, but if I were going to all 4 nights I would be pissed to have spent >1000€ in tickets plus accomodation to see the same (or 90% same) show every night. So I feel terribly sorry for those making it to NYC from Australia, UK, Spain, Brazil, Japan or Germany. Terribly sorry.
The second half of the show is a disaster. I feel so bad for the New Yorkers and well.... the hundreds and hundreds of people who fly in from all over the freakin planet to see these guys. I went to 3 out of the 5 Chicago shows. I got Bad (twice), California, Volcano, Gloria, and 40. I was content with the setlists, they were good, but this is just starting to get bad.... You have hundereds of songs, yet you play Elevation and Ordinary Love 3 times?! Good lord. I still stand by my opinion that Pride has been much much stronger than Streets this tour, probably because of the awkward positioning.
