Wow, that's something new to hear of. Most of those who were at some show(s) this tour -me included- would say that a brutal % of the audience didn't know the SOI songs. Where were you located? I'd say the first rows are where the bigger fans are but doesn't sound like the place for a ten years old child so I'm confused!
Great that you had a blast and that you were at Dublin'93, epic shows!
  3. Larry appears to think that there's a lot more spontaneity and mixing it up than there is. Maybe he's referring to Bono mixing up the lyrics
  4. He's totally disconnected from the hard die fan reality. They definitely don't know there are hundreds of us who avidly follow every show from home and know ever joke and setlist variation
  5. I suppose from a casual fan POV most bands around for so long don't play half of their new album in their show so they wouldn't have expected it !!
  6. It was obviously Friday 30th October if you listen to what he said
  7. Nice 2 page piece in today's Sunday World about the Glasgow gigs
  8. Interesting that Larry says in the interview that "this leg is arenas". Although that might not mean anything at all...
  9. imagine a north and south side of a stadium, double sided popmart screen
