    It's an acronym so I'd say capital letters are mandatory, yes A native English speaker might correct me tho.

    (I don't give a damn for the intermission anyway )

    We, as enlightened Europeans, speak "native" Continental English - new rules I say...

    It seems that IEM's are a "big deal" these days,... So watch out
