Let me explain myself better: every fascist government, every totalitarianism, right or left, or every terrorist faction trying to build an ideology out of hate and division start by corrupting the language so that dealing every day with evil feels trivial, or better yet, make you feel like you are truly doing god's work, pleasing the commandant, what have you.
We have then "heroes" instead of murderers, and other horrible terms like "final solution", "imperialist agents", etc.
In Latin America you can see when a tyrant is on the rise if the language he/she uses is full of euphemisms, demagogic terms, "us vs them" propaganda, etc.
