2015-11-18 - Belfast
Tour: Innocence and Experience tour
Songs played: 27
Audio recordings: 1
  1. Yep Belfast suddenly is very different.
  2. 18 years later, in Belfast, with the special significance of that city for the Irish conflict. I guess Raised By Wolves and some other songs will be even more emotional for the band to perform and the audience to receive next week. I even considered that they might cancel/postpone the homecoming shows after the Paris tragedy... Let's hope not, but it would be understandable.
  3. I can't see them cancelling/postponing these shows, but they are certainly going to be a lot different than they were meant to be.
  4. Bono said on the radio this morning that they were looking forward to coming home for these shows. I don't think they are at risk at all.

i don't think they are at risk too...Paris was an easy target, month ago they said they planned to attack during a concert...
  6. Barring any specific ongoing threats, I would be shocked if the Belfast shows were cancelled. The band will want to play and life has to continue on. I am sure they will be however, very special and emotional shows as only U2 can do.
  7. If Paris was already over and they were playing Belfast tonight, I have no doubts that U2 would be on stage.

Yes, Belfast will be very emotional.
  9. They might now just film in Belfast for the HBO.
  10. They might but I don't see that happening, way too short anyway to prep plus the venue is too small for such a production. My bet is on the rescheduled Paris dates.
