    Not including songs from 2017 will be pretty easy for me. Can I assume your concern is about their being some "recency effect" on people's lists? Maybe "The Blackout" will win this thing!

    I realized the can of worms I've opened here and we've had this debate on the forum before. I just think it's sort of silly that the rule makes/allows people to vote for, say, Slug (a solid tune but...) over way better U2 songs.
