  1. I'm rooting for italy and england today!

  2. I've seen very often people/media comparing German and Italian football as being of similar style (usually mentioned as defensive/boring) and I can't see it at all. Since I was a teenager (80's) I've always thought Germany football was spectacular unlike Italy... both very effective and practical, but I've never being bored in a match featuring Germany (except that one game against Austria).

  6. I'm still pissed at England and Iceland is a very charismatic team, so is a no brainer for me.

  8. sorry I'm afraid of spain, I don't want germany to face them (thus rooting for italy). I also have a soft spot for england and truly believe they've been quite good this tournament!

    To me it's totally different styles... Italian is defensive style with a lot of diving and death pretending (of course, others do it too, but Italians are experts in that) and Germans... I just don't know why I don't like it... just don't like to watch it...
