  9. Unless there's different formats in other parts of the world I'm sure there is no official cd version of Paris, download on iTunes only.
  10. No, it's a dvd but nice too. I found some tracks from this show on the internet to download. But MSG is far better until what I've heard. It's the cd, b-sides and dvd. And also a very nice book with foto's and litographes
