1. Actually, still tickets left for East Rutherford too, but that's for N2, and knowing most of my people there, they had already bought tickets for Boston, Philly and DC before they put 2nd show on sale...

There are just three cities out of 18 having 2 shows in NA... And not everyrhing sold out...
In Europe 4 out of 8 have two shows and was almost impossible to get tickets without presale. If this is not demand, than I don't know what...
Thats my point of not understanding of screwing up Europe with just a few shows

Oh, I totally get your point! If I were a betting man, I'd say Europe will get November/December shows and Australia will get summer (Australian summer, that is) shows. They'd be crazy not to let this tour run it's proper course. Especially when they are really (obviously) unsure of what they have for SOE.
  4. This was my first thought as well until I remembered we had 2 years and multiple tour legs between those shows - only talking about 2 or 3 months here
  5. One thing I'd factor into Europe is that the sporting seasons start soon after the European leg finishes, which means a lot of stadiums will be unavailable for concerts. That's not to say they can't find any, but they won't have the same luxury that they have during the summer.

Don't forget that 360 wasn't quite as restricted by what the technology (screens) dictated either...

A bigger restriction with Europe is the weather conditions, I don't think u2 have ever played Europe outdoors at the time of year suggested, I'm guessing weather is the reason why.
  8. Didn't think of that. Sorry Europe... guess you get the shaft.
  9. Which stadium is available in October / November in Europe?
  10. Don't know but one of Prague team played on different stadium last league round because of some concert on their stadium...
  11. The national stadium in Brussels would be available because it's only used for our national football team. But as mentioned above, weather conditions in most parts of Europe wouldn't allow outdoor concerts between October and March/April.

On the otherhand, because Europe won't get an extra leg this tour (and the current leg is already short), I think there is a big chance the upcoming I&E-tour (or whatever the name will be) will start in Europe. That could mean a new tour would kickoff Spring 2018 or Autumn 2018. (Indoor arena shows in summer are very rare in Europe)
