  1. I think I'm to have a clue what "Carefree travel on public transport in Amsterdam" is about, over and above "Unlimited travel in Amsterdam..."
  2. You will not spend 26 euros travelling around Amsterdam by tram/bus/train. Just pay the fees.
  3. Sorry, but now I'm confused about the day passes. I've been researching GVB website for the best option - I'll be in town from Thu afternoon tull Mon noon and was thinking about getting a 4 days / 96 hrs pass ... if it explixitly says 96 hours, why is it only valid until 4 am? As I understand it, this does not cover the train to and from Schipol airport, but I don't mind paying extra for that.

So what is the confusion exactly?

GVB passes are not those we discussed earlier
  6. Just me it seems - apologies . I confused the all inclusive Travel Ticket you recommended with the normal day passes ...
  7. and they don't have website in english, right? (I found only section "Tourist information" but all links from there are dutch...)
  8. Yes they are.
It can confuse people with buying the right travel pass.

You can also take the tram 5 or 51. Change at station Zuid WTC to metro 50 dir Gein. It stops at the Arena. I worked in Amstelveen before. yeah it's just an other suggestion. Whatever you want. But....it will be very busy sat and sun ofcourse.
