1. Is it The US version? ( different code ,Matrix etc ?)
If it is i’m interested in it ( as a mad collector)
    PM me if you want
  2. For a vinyljunkie as me it is supercool to see my recordings pressed on a 10" vinyl. It contains 2 covers, "No sound but the wind" by Editors and "Love rescue me" by U2 and an original song in dutch called "Fiona's song"

  3. Nice to see this pressed on double heavyweight vinyl.

  4. Anybody likes old school punk?
  5. Well you know I do. I was age 9 listening to The Exploited - Dead Cities. Grew up listening to these boys along with GBH, Discharge, PIL, Damned, Stranglers, Crass, A Flux Of Pink Indians, Anti Pasti, U.k Subs, T.S.O.L, Conflict, S/L/F, Subhumans, Dead Kennedy's, Black Flag.... and the list goes on....

    Don't the Clash count?

At 8-9yo I was listening to the Clash, the Jam and the Police, which got me into U2 a few years later.

They are the only 'punk' band I didn't like (hence the reason I didn't list them). Yes of course they do count in terms of the 'punk' scene and what they represented. History has sealed that. To this day I only have one single by them (Should I Stay Or Should I Go) which I bought way after the punk scene had faded.
I did listen to Sandinista a few times and couldn't get into it. Not like the other bands I mentioned previously.
I forgot to mention the Sex Pistols too. They were a band that really turned my ears on to music along with The Stranglers. And then along came U2 and close to 40 years later I am still enjoying their output.
  8. Public Image Limited continued The saga of The 70s punk attitude even if they are not to be considered punk in The way of playing
They got The attitude.like Bad Brains ( The greatest)
The Clash came out during the punk era but they made a few punk songs
Btw I like the Clash and the Police too
The only remaining punk band is the Sigue Sigue Sputnik with their i don’t care attitude
The real great rock n roll swindle!!!

  9. Does anyone know this bootleg?

Angelic Upstarts? Stiff Little Fingers? The Undertones? I'll even throw New Model Army in there...
