Kind of confirms what we were discussing here yesterday regarding dieder's suscription which runs off in February.
yeah, it now runs off in February 2019 Shouldn't have renewed. Ah well.

Same issue for Madrid, there's a show already scheduled 2 days after the already announced one. I guess it all depends on how quickly they can dismantle U2's stage and set up the following stage. I wouldn't be surprised if some extra nights are announced for the previous days.

If there is to be a weekend show in London then it will be the weekend after (27th) as ELO are at the O2 the weekend before.
  3. My second account expires Jan 31 - so I don't need to renew but still can use it for a possible second Berlin gig. I like that.
  4. You'd be surprised how many people say the exact same thing. Jan 10-15 seem to be the window in which hundreds of subscriptions were expiring so it made complete $en$e to wait for that until announcing the 2018 tour.

U2gigs article about the JT30 announcement (Jan 9th 2017): The general sale begins next week. European tickets will be available from Monday, 16 January 2017, then North American tickets from Tuesday, 17 January 2017. The fanclub presale begins THIS WEDNESDAY, 11 January 2017 at 9am.

So yeah, they've been greedy enough to let most of our subscriptions expire so they can squeeze our wallets a bit more.

No doubt at all. I wasn’t playing that game.
  6. made the same mistake and renewed in november, although my subscription would've lasted until july '18, because it sounded like we wouldn't get a E+I code after having used a JT code. bummer.
  7. Yeah, so even when they get it right, they actually get it wrong
  8. Hopefully they come to Aus in late November/December.

It will be 8 years since their last visit.
In that time Foo Fighters and Muse have been here 3 times, and countless other bands at least twice too.
  9. I am starting to think the 9 day gap between Madrid and Copenhaguen will be filled with 2-3 Dublin shows. Goes along perfectly with the birthday of the band on Sept 25th ??

Let mine lapse last week...between the 2017 gift fiasco and another shakedown for a presale code I said feck it.
