1. I doubt we'll hear any SOI songs that aren't snippets. Expected Every Breaking Wave but I think it will (and should) be dropped for Landlady
  2. We will see in 50 days. Exciting!

  3. +1

and anyone not going, if they announce another show in atlanta, can i please have your pre-sale code?

This tour will not be a 360 or Vertigo Tour. It will include the same approach as I+E and I'm still certain they will play at least 5 SOI songs. They probably will even play Invisible. They likely will play half of SOE, and the rest of the setlist will be the often played Greatest Hits. Maybe an exception for a rare POP or War song, but they will all be dropped before the tour arrives in Europe. My bet is that they will play 18 I+E staples this tour every night. More information in the
"Which regular I+E tour songs will U2 play at the E+I tour?" staples! topic.

it was always supposed to be a continuation... hence the "i/e" to "e/i" transition. hell, i'd be happy to see an SOI heavy 1st set to SOE heavy 2nd set...

  5. i don't see any song from SOI that will fit in a setlist with SOE songs (which is strange, since one album is a continuation of another), i guess they will play only Song for Someone and Every Breaking Wave
  6. I'd love 0 songs from SOI..that was last tour, Innocence...now Experience- I'd wish for an entirely new setlist, from about Pop onward. One can dream

  7. Hope so... Even i liked a few songs on SOI, they do not stand time imo.

I'll be happy to hear the maximum of SOE, and 1 or 2 rarities :-)

    0 or EBW indeed.
  9. First set most of SOE, then we are almost sleeping and 2nd set all songs of SOI, to wake us up and to end the concert well
  10. All U2starters are certain that U2 will play less or no SOI songs this tour. And ofcourse I can only guess. But over the past years we are used to a U2 who are playing in safe mode. I think there is a high possibility U2 will play a lot of I+E staples this tour. And they will even keep the same visuals. We can only dream about rarities. But to be honest, rarities are not likely or they will be dropped soon.
  11. I'd love them to drop Mysterious Ways and bring back Discotheque and go full disco balls mode.
  12. Mysterious Ways is the opportunity for U2 to get the crowd dancing and to get somebody on stage. I think they will play that song again when they are at the e-stage. I don't expect Discotheque because it was dropped fast at the Vertigo Tour. I think they were not satisfied with it because it sounded different on PopMart. To play POP songs that sound like PopMart will be difficult for U2. I think there is a reason for U2 to not play Love Is Blindness anymore. Because they can't reach the Zoo TV sound anymore.
