And I love loud too! (as you might have noticed)
I remember the whole RBW / SBS / UTEOTW to be deafening, specially the pre-recorded explosions and UTEOTW's ending.

I miss the IE tour a lot
  2. The Amsterdam version is one of my favourites, the 40-snippet is fantastic
At some point U2 must be able to release this version somehow, no problems with royalties

    Wear earplugs...
  4. Yes. I wear them all the time. It sounds like shit without them.
  5. The ringing comes and goes for me... I don't want it to progress to permanent tinnitus all the time.
  6. I'm lucky enough to never have suffered it (not even after really really loud concerts like Coldplay 2010 or U2 2015), but I'm really scared about the future. So yeah I'll make sure (at least try to remember) to bring earplugs to the next concerts I go to after the pandemic.
  7. Do what I do. Molded ear monitors, and then bring a receiver to listen to the band mixes. Bonus points if you plug it into a recorder. Helps your ears AND you hear it much better.

Not exactly the most accessible and cheapest way to protect your hearing at a concert

    Is that lossless?
  10. Lossless, and gets that extra bit of RF static to make it sound so warm.

It may not be the most accessible and cheapest, but it is the best
