For the Atlanta venue, the only cheap seats are $45 and they are upper level, which at this arena is actually very good, but they are directly opposite the stage, which means we'd see Bono walking in the wall, but wouldn't see the wall itself... otherwise, I'd be all over these!

    All side seating is $110 - $329 I think...
  2. Not sure if this breakdown was posted already, but the Philly venue shows ticket prices of $329, $175, $110, $80, $45.
Which corresponds to the color zones on the SAP center map that I did see posted.
So, $45 probably can't see the screen,
    $80 is GA.
Other three prices are seats that can see screen.

You would think with LiveNation producing more than a few shows, U2 having played more than a few shows, and Ticketmaster having a fair amount of experience selling tickets, it wouldn't be this hard to piece this info together...

That is same price tier here in Atlanta

$45's are small sections that just by looking at them on map, you wouldn't see screen, which makes me wonder, as big as that wall is, if you'd be obstructed view to main stage also

Yikes. Either I don't remember correctly what I paid for our seats, which had a great side view, or they've upped their prices dramatically.

EDIT: I think maybe I was confusing 360 cheap seat prices with I&E. 360 I think I paid only $30-35 for seats way up high, but for I&E side view of stage (still pretty high up) more like $90. So $110 for these kinds of high seats with good view of side of stage still isn't too surprising, although a bit more than I wanted to pay.

Can't see for sure on the United Center's website or Ticketmaster which prices apply to which seats, though, and I'd love to double-check before the onsale date to see if I can snag seats in the top row along the side for only $41. Maybe too much wishful thinking.

Very sad that the info is really lacking. But it seems the nature of the world these days, just a bunch of people who don't care. I want to go to Atlanta and Nashville, but probably will have to get my seats up in the clouds. At least for Joshua Tree 2017, I had decent locations.

  7. It's probably an automatic generated e-mail to all "qualifying" subscribers with no Verified Subscriber account. I think you can ignore it.

    I didn't get that e-mail...so I guess I'm good for US presales...
  8. Anyone have any info on how tickets might be transferred once purchased? I'm considering having a run at Montreal (not sure why Toronto hasn't got any shows, it's not like the Leafs will still be playing that long ) but I may have to bail as the show approaches....my wife is due with our 2nd Child on June 11 so might not want to be 6 hours away....but want to at least have the hope that I won't miss the tour, but have the option to pass / sell the ticket. Thanks

I have a feeling these won't be paperless tickets with the verified fan program in place, so my guess would be you'll be able to print and pass along...

but then, I haven't read any fine print, so I could totally be blowing smoke...

    I suspect the same indeed.
  11. Back in June in Chicago GA was Creditcard Entry. My American friend had one ticket left from someone who couldn't make it to the show on the day. We weren't able to find someone at short notice since we were already in the queue. One GA basically flushing down the loo. Such a waste.
  12. Edit: I posted in the wrong thread.
