    And it is just this that hurts the most...

    Still, plenty of options to get tickets otherwise - I mean, not all is lost as of now, but...shit...what a bummer

  4. This makes no sense? So not all experience subscribers get a chance to buy tickets. Yet innocence have a chance tomorrow? It's ridiculous to sell tickets when so few dates have been announced.

  6. Got my text at 750 am with my code.......I know U2 & mgt mean well , but after the disaster with the whole credit card entry thing last summer , I knew this would be a mess...and indeed it is . How is this just a lottery now ? That was never the case and I've been a fan since forever as Im an old geezer...not cool....For those who received a code..good luck .

    But they should have said that BEFORE everyone subscribed... they could choose if they want to be part of lottery or not... so it's pretty cheating and unfair.
  9. So I emailed the Zootopia Community moderators as I am part of the experience group and have had absolutely no communication today whatsoever. I asked if this is because I live in the UK, whether my account is set up correctly and if I should expect an email or text regardless of whether I'm successful or not. I received a very short reply which said:

    If you did not Verify for the US shows, no need to worry at this point.

    Now I don't intend to go to any shows outside of Europe but this doesn't exactly put my mind at rest or particularly answer my questions. The last thing I want is to wait until the last minute when the presale is happening for the European leg and still receive nothing from U2.com.

    I think this whole situation is such a mess and I feel really bad for the those genuine fans who've had emails telling them they've been unsuccessful. I hope and pray they get this all sorted out before the European dates are announced.
  10. i got a text and email with the codes and link (text) email said they had tried to text earlier this morning but had run in to issues trying to send the original text which i find surprising as i did eventually get the texts, after the email, they said i had given an incorrect number, no harm done so it appears to work, slow if nothing else but very frustrating. good luck everyone.

    I'm actually very confused with what I'm supposed to be doing lol. I got the code, got the link, but that's what I'm seeing when I go to the link. I don't see anywhere to put a code in for subscriber members.
