I know my Experience and Innocence or perhaps Experience and Guilt with sarcasm may cause some to not take this post seriously, but I see a Classless Action Lawsuit on the Horizon. I will Sue U2 for $360. Not really trying to get money, but attention, I will cite the undue stress I had to endure by not getting my text message or code to my email.

I will also sue for a 100 disc Blu Ray set covering every possible performance available, and having Bernie Grundman oversee the audio transfer. And a 200 cd set with all the outtakes, demos, etc, again with Bernie doing the sound. This would be the free subscriber gift for anyone who has ever been a subscriber from 2000 and later, and would be $25 for the membership. All new subscribers could get this for $1000.

I also would demand a exclusive tour for U2.com subscribers where you could get two tickets, at $25 each. This would be held at all the arenas where people did not get codes, emails, or the ability to participate in the "Verified Scam" process. Tickets would be available to those affected 3 months before the show, and after that period, new subscribers could get tickets at $50. Then, the public could participate at $300 a ticket. This would help U2 get some money to make all those Blu Rays in the lawsuit get in the mail quicker. Perhaps Cash McCashess, former U2 Manager would come up with a strategy to get fans to "fork out more cash."

Think this is mere internet banter or frustrating useless conjecture? Nope. I am going to call Morgan & Morgan, and see if I have a case. I also will throw in a nationwide release of the "Las Vegas Pop Mart" at 3,000 theatres nationwide for the price of 36 cents. I have never seen the show, and despite all the mistakes, it is actually a great show from the audio I have heard.
    Great plan.

Hoping for the same for everyone left out today. Still don't understand this logic, though - why wait until later in the day to "drop" them? Why not just have them all available right when presale begins?
  3. I tried to get GA for Vegas and San Jose, but to no avail. Not happy about the prices, but will do what I always do...wait for another show to be added, or just buy my tickets closer to the date of the show. This is my first fan club presale, where I just didn't want to buy the tickets and will decide to wait...
  4. Seat selection in Chicago just went away. It is now the non-selectable arena map. Are they getting ready to drop at the top of the hour?
  5. Except for the suing U2 part. Good luck with that. As they are a contractual party under LiveNation/Ticketmaster, you'd be barking up the wrong tree, pursuing the wrong culprit...

    I don't see anything yet

I am sure the lawsuit would be thrown out. But just the chance of me getting to see Pop Mart Las Vegas would be worth it, even if the chances are less than Bono breakdancing in Guam. They have a bad ticket system, and should be called out for it. If they care, they will respond. But at their age, they probably don't need to care. But the lawsuit would be fun for me. I don't need fame or money, but the 100 Blu Ray and 200 cd demanded in the suit would be worth it for me lol https://www.forthepeople.com/free-case-evaluation/ I am filling out the form on the Morgan And Morgan website now. I doubt they take the case, as they are a rich firm. I probably need some small timer looking for attention.
  8. When could we expect more tour days for the NYC, Chicago, and LA dates? One would assume they would have to add due to "demand"

Monday. Sale a week later (separate sign-up).
  10. Do you mean presale a week later? I figure if you don't use both presale codes then you are good if there were to be another presale?

    I was being sarcastic.

    Yeah.
