1. If you listen to early Elevation shows (Sunrise, Atlanta), you notice I Will Follow is only about 3:00 long, and Edge puts a Popmart-esque effect on his guitar. But if you've seen the Boston DVD, youll know it was done differently there. When did they change the arrangment of the song? Was there like one show where they debuted a heavily-reworked version, or was it a gradual evolution?

No one really knows the ways of the Edge, some say he changed this because Jimi Hendrix came to him in a dream, others say he came up with the idea himself.

Seriously though, he changed it for that one show to show the 'stripped-down' way of the Elevation tour
  3. I was at the Elevation concert in Torino, where was played the long version seen in the Boston DVD. Listen to the bootlegs of the 2nd and 3rd leg and you'll find that they always played the long version, in wich even Bono picked up his guitar and played along.

  4. I have no ideae but I liked the Boston version better!

  5. i really don't understand why bono plays guitar on the boston version...it's not necessary at all.

you cant hear it at all on the pro recorded DVD, if you listen to a sbd or earpiece recording you can hear it. by itself it doesnt sound good but against Edge's guitar it sounds kinda cool. but yeah obviously not rly necessary
