  4. Mexico could really be doing with a South Korea goal to ease there fears a bit, or an equaliser themselves of course but a South Korea goal gives them more margin.

    A hockey fan. I’m rooting for Mexico because US and Italy didn’t qualify.

    Was that actually a foul!!!!???? And I’m sorry but the penalty kick is so dumb imo. It’s almost an automatic goal in a sport where goals are extremely difficult to come by.

    "Extremely difficult" is an exaggeration, in real football the scores are low cos you only get 1 point for scoring not 6 ;-) Anyway Sweden are doing Germany a favour (spelt properly with a u) cos they only need to win by one goal now

    Germany would still go through with a 1-0 win even i sweden had won 1-0, the margin of the Sweden win makes no difference. Unless of course Mexico had got beat something like 4-3 then Mexico would have qualified with goals scored between tied teams.
