2018-06-25 - New York
Tour: Experience and Innocence tour
Songs played: 26
Audio recordings: 3
Videos: 1
  1. No worries...according to U2C it was played after ABOY

The fact that BD isn't displayed in our setlist box is probably a glitch.
And it does show on the show page of 2018-06-25 New York City.

    EDIT: fixed

EDIT 2: only "13 (There Is A Light)" is not displayed as last song on the show page
  2. And apparently Vertigo had a "Born This Way" snippet in honor of Lady Gaga
  3. Was lady Gaga in the house ?
  4. No 13?
  5. Yes, it was.

It is just that the display of setlist is generated through u2gigs and they seem to miss a few bits here and there.

What you see now displayed in the box is custom.

    Spoiler (click to toggle)
Anyway, this set won't change at least till Europe. I guess Gloria and The Electric Co. will replace ABOY on
the next two New York shows (first one, then the other...of course).

Newark most likely gets ABOY again.

I really enjoyed I&E tour, they played a lot of variety while still maintaining a theme, but it seems the consequence of a stronger thematic approach is less variety. Do this pursuit of something very different actually stifle the very thing that most fans want, which is to hear the hits and have a good time, and leave in a high? I’m looking forward to November but my concern is this won’t hit the highs in terms of audience engagement as the I&E tour. Maybe I just need to wait and see it!

I have the same questions but keeping an open mind. The blog below is by a chap I have huge respect for, and while I don't agree with all he says, he makes some good points on the 'narrative' approach:https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/theblackpoolsentinel.wordpress.com/2017/01/31/u2-welcome-to-the-cabaret/amp/
  8. I think it’s funny that variation has become so non existent that setlist notes are now including famous people bono shouts out who are in attendance

I noticed that amongst the (very) few things that did actually develop, there is this monologue before Staring At The Sun where
Bono first said that he couldn't remember writing it, and somewhere (or at!) the Uniondale show, Edge told Bono that he actually
wrote it. And now, after the Apollo shows, Bono consequently mentions that Edge wrote the song
