  1. See you in Berlin ?
  2. there are some seats on Eventim all the time...
  3. This is a drop for the cheaper categories (mostly), unavailable on Eventim at this time.
  4. I was thinking about the band‘s decision to shoot the Berlin show.... especially the last show of the tour on a single date!! That‘s pretty unusual....

    a) one reason might be that the EU shows are quite different to the US ones. After being to a couple EU shows it felt strange to get „just“ a Washington release (personal opinion! and we don‘t know if there will be a D.C. release at all)

    b) Obviously they have an intense connection to Berlin. But the decision to shoot this show blew my mind... not only cause I‘ll be there again

    c) maybe the answer is quite simple: they feel absolutely comfortable with the new set. And they want to capture that moment in one of their most loved (or influenced, inspired) cities... Berlin!

Maybe someone has more info about that.....

Hope everyone in Belfast had a great time tonight!!!!
  5. I think the band maybe believe in fate or something of the sort. There was no rumours as far as I’m aware about filming in Berlin prior to the show having to be rearranged. I think that whole incident with Bono’s voice going changed everything, the tour Setlist , there filming plans and now we’re at this point. The last show for I&E was the dvd of the tour, they did have a night prior to that but they can use footage from other gigs if need be when it comes to releasing the final Berlin show so they don’t have to stress about it. I think this is also a bit of a sorry and a thank you to the fans after what happened when bono lost his voice. Hopefully the majority of people in attendance that night can make this rearranged date.
  6. Good points! Especially the „voice incident“ being a turning point for their decisions...

Do you think they considered filming a EU show anyway?

btw.... I don’t think it‘s just a thank you for us fans who‘ve been the 2nd Berlin show.... they could easily please us with another crappy fanclub gift ?? Don‘t take this one too seriously ?
  8. I really don’t know if they planned on filming an EU show. Unless someone with inside knowledge can tell me otherwise I think the Setlist was fixed and therefore the Washington release was fine but then suddenly everything changed after Berlin. Anyway I hope I can be a part of an official release for the first time, suddenly a zero chance of attending Berlin has become a real possibility and I’m wanting to do everything I can to be there. I’m desperate to see this show and this Setlist on an official release and to be one of the attendees would just take it to another level.

Hope you‘ll make it! Seems there‘s a fair chance to get tickets for Berlin!
  10. Thanks mate, I hope so too. I’ve seen tickets available on Ticketmaster and Eventim but I’d really like GA. I don’t know how long I should wait though before maybe considering seating if I can get one for around £100.
