1. The stadium in Hong Kong hasn’t held entertainment events since 1999.

Tokyo would be the only place that would appeal to me. Will look to see if I can get a decent reward flight.
  2. Anyone wonder if this is U2 tying up all the loose ends (playing where they haven’t lately) before calling it a day?
  3. No, its more doing a tour to fulfil their current contract before renewing it. I'm sure they have more up their sleeves, unless something happens with anyone of them obviously.
  4. Remy,
Any idea when U2 will call it a day?
Five years or ten years time maybe?
I think some type of residency or residencies is in their future.
    Thanks!

Who knows! I don't think they ever will call it a day, until something happens with any of them, which could be sickness/death or just them not being able to play anymore mentally/physically. Until that happens, I'm sure they will go on like the Stones do.
  6. They've signed a new deal with Live Nation so they won't be hanging their boots up anytime soon (health permitting etc)

Makes me wonder how many shows NZ will get. 2 at max probably, maybe even just one. Probably looking at around 9-10 for Aus and 2-4 in Asia?

Sounds plausible! Also what I'm assuming now as a general outline. I expect 2 for NZ.
  8. 2-4 in NZ (dependable on Ticket sales)
    8-10 Oz
    4-8 ROW

As stated, heaps of Aussie talent around. Gang of Youths, Middle Kids, The Rubens, Boy and Bear, Vance Joy, The Temper Trap. Just to name a few

    Don't forget Pond!
