I think for e+i the mail only came in the night before the presale startet. I remember this well because in the mail was mentioned first that we were not allowed to split our code for different cities in Europe. I woke up and was upset.

Are they doing this because the announced India so late, and they expect people who wanted to go to the final concert or prefer India rather than maybe Seoul, and that's why they offer those to them?
Also, since they say "But guess what? As it’s the final show of the tour and a different ticketing system in India".... I am assuming that this will be the very final show and they won't add a second show!?
