1. I suspect that they will close with One, would be extremely weird for them not to play it and it was used as a closer on JT17
  2. Oh No, they removed The Best Things on the full show rehearsal ?!
  3. Yep!

I'm quite happy with this setlist. It's a tough exercise for them with so little room for change, but now its quite a full Joshua Tree setlist with still a lot of stuff from the last two I&E E&I albums/tours.

They haven't rehearsed it a single time. I doubt One will make it. There's just no room for it.
  5. We don't know what they rehearsed in private, I would be shocked if it isn't played at all during the tour
  6. We might have a tour with just one AB song in the set

True. I wouldn't find it shocking to be honest, its the best change they made. They also dropped it for half of the shows in 2015.
  8. All for dropping One! Just give me Zoo Station though or The Fly in that screen!
  9. I like this setlist. I think they have courage not to play One, like they actually did in lots of the i+e tour shows. Only two songs from Achtung Baby is also ok, since they played almost the entire album during the last tour, and Even better "2018" is outstanding. I kind of wish I was there!

  10. Just search Auckland 2 from Tickets, maybe not as bad as we thought ?

It depends what you believe. U2songs who have proven to have credible sources say the band had been rehearsing in private over a 3 week period prior to getting to Auckland so that sounds about right. However an individual on this site claims they’ve done ‘f’all’ rehearsing prior to Auckland, but he doesn’t have any sources.

Rehearsals in Monaco took place in a private warehouse space that they also used in 2018 prior to moving to Laval. They started rehearsals on October 8. The first two days were without Bono but the other three were present.

Rehearsals finished October 24 there. Instruments and equipment was packed up by the techs on the 25th and transported by truck to London where it was flown to New Zealand. The band took some time off before moving to Auckland from there. The bad did work on the show on the 25th but it was hair / wardrobe etc as the instruments were in transit. Rather than using the rehearsal space that day they were working out of Bono’s home.
