You can open torrent files with torrent programs, just Google:
    http://www.google.nl/search?q=how+do+i+open+a+torrent+file

And flac files are music files, you can play it with any media player as long as you have the right plugin. You can also convert these files to MP3 or something.

    Google is again your answer:

what they said

"It's the last time I wasn't on fire, according to Bono. I was ice cold!" - The Edge, on the Pop album

did you know

The Picture of Dorian Grey mentioned in the song 'The Ocean' is a novel by Oscar Wilde, the Irish author who has been a huge influence on Bono's lyrics. In referring to it, Bono mocks his own vanity in thinking a rock star can change the world.
