how do you open a torent file and a flac file?

You can open torrent files with torrent programs, just Google:
http://www.google.nl/search?q=how+do+i+open+a+torrent+file

And flac files are music files, you can play it with any media player as long as you have the right plugin. You can also convert these files to MP3 or something.
