Can anyone tell me why i can download some shows using rapidsahre and then other times its saying it cant find an active account cookie,i have allowed all cookies on my p.c,i cant figure this out.Cn anyone please give me advice on this,im new to this type of downloading so it could be im doing something wrong.

  3. Maybe you click "Premium" when you don't have a premium account? You have to click the "FREE" button in order to download.

Thanks Remy for replying back to me,i do have a premium account.Sometimes it works on some shows then other times it wont allow me to download,which means i have to use the free download.Which means your limited to how many shows you can actually download.I will also try and upload some shows aswell.Must say again what a great site this is.its very addictive.

    Thank you so much for your compliments.
    Maybe you could use another browser? Or try to delete ALL your cookies and try to login again? It could be that your cookies were stuck or something. In Internet Explorer or Firefox you can delete all your cookies very quick with the internet options window.

  7. I wanted to ask something similar in nature. I am new here to this site and used to hog around u2emporium and electric storm forums to download U2 sites. A friend sent me link here and i HAVE TO ADMIT, i am ASTOUNDED truly stunned with the amount of collection you guys have and the ease of format to download. Only, if i find a little bit of help over there. I am using internet download manager to help in my downloads and whenever i click on the link 'DOWNLOAD SHOW PART I' in any concert i want, it just doesnt work. Any clue there what might be the issue ? help will be greatly greatly appreciated.

    Well, what happens when you click that link? Nothing? You aren't redirected to another page or so?
  9. it takes me to the next page, where a pop appears asking me to save the download file, which is a HTML page and not a download link. Besides, at my various tries, there were few shows that are uploaded on rapidshare, they took me to next page where i was taken to download link, but every time the clock said i have to wait for 20 or more minutes

    If you click on the download link you should click on "FREE" at the bottom of the page, then you'll wait for about 90 seconds and then you can download (DON'T do "save link as", just click and THEN save as). If you download anything, you should wait another 1,5/2 hours to download a new file from Rapidshare, unless you're premium and pay for their service.

  11. Well actually I am experiencing a similar glitch on Rapidshare. My fortune is that I have 2 internet spots, one ADSL and a LAN.
    The problems come when I log on the LAN, I really have hard times downloading with it, I have to wait maaaaaaany minutes even though I did not download anything or things like that..... really weird.

    Everything goes as Remy said instead if I use the ADSL Ain't this strange??
  12. Stefano if you're on a LAN someone else might have downloaded a rapidshare file from your network ... you would have the same IP address I think. Solution: Get all of your colleagues sacked, get the keys so you can "work" over the weekend, or if it's at home, lock your family out of the house for a few days!
