    that's some interesting news.... i'm glad they're just writting whatever pleases them, whatever Morocco leads them!

    i've got to admit that the expectation for the new album is huge.....but i prefer them taking their time and recording an awesome album!

    i've just got to wait for more news...


  2. I would like to see Passengers Pt. 2, it's a nice album....really different. But I doubt it.
  3. Maybe it is for a project, and that they will work on the album later this year..
  4. I think it's usual that they first make a project and then the album. Anyway, even if they were working on a project now, that would not mean that they are not interested on making a new album soon! On the contrary the project must be just for a new album.
    So according to me the next U2 album will be surely released on 2008, probably in the first half of the year. Nothing to worry about!

    Interesting bit:
    Ten selections in all were born during this session, where for the first time ever local musicians were also recorded. An oud player, notably, and percussionists from Gnawa and Sufi brotherhoods. On the white board, in between the chord tabs, you could read "For Your Love," or "One Bird," titles (probably provisional) of two of their new songs.

    Remember what they did with achtung baby and joshua tree.
