There have been already a little discussion about the three videos of Window In The Skies, but this is the first topic about them. By that discussion I can say that for the fans all the three videos are amazing, but depends on your own taste if you prefer the U2byU2 one or the other two, which are almost the same thing. Following my own taste I prefer the U2byU2 videoclip. I loved it since the first time I saw it! It's a trip inside U2 from the beginning untill today, so it seems to celebrate the band itself just as the song itself seems to do. I mean: for me WITS represents a celebrating song, because in the lyric there is a sort of list of "final results" ("The rule has been disproved / The stone it has been moved / The grave is now a groove / All debts are removed"), because its themes are the most important of U2 music (Love as a great world power, Peace as something which CAN be reached, the aspiration to God,...) and because of the final sentence "And to Love I rhapsodize" which seems refer to all U2 songs; another element that makes the song (according to me) a celebrating one is the date of its release: January the 1st. Because of all this elements for me the video which best represents the "soul" of the song is the second, the U2byU2 one.
