  1. i having trouble deciding which one of these two should go on my iPod... so im asking if you had to choose one which one would it be???

    i am also asking if someone would like to make a combination setlist of the two shows??? with the better versions of songs... that would be extremely helpful as well...

  2. I love the Sydney show. the Audio is incredible especially if u get DVD audio rip and put it in your ipod thats what I did i have both but i listen 2 the Sydney show more ...

    well...I love Lemon and Dirty Day from Sydney and Tryin' To Throw Your Arm and Ultra Violet from Dublin...I love both show and that's a difficult qiestion...

  4. Running to Stand Still on the Sydney dvd will make the difference...for me one of the greatest performances ever seen/heard from our hero's!!! I love this song that way.....

    i think sidney is great but i like dublin more because ,
    i think the numbers of zooropa are not so great as live versions
    only stay and dirty day and daddy's gonna pay for your crashd car are great live .
    but it think the part that lemon goes over in wowoy is one great mess !!!!
    i also like dublin more because of the great athmosphere and they play one
    of my favorites songs "ULTA VIOLET light my way!!!"
    i think the sound is better and bono''s voice is stronger than in sidney !!!
    this is all my opinion but you have to choose yourself ...
    I self will go for DUBLIN ..

The basis of the best show would be a DVD Rip of Sydney (esp if you get the DTS), but the following changes could be made with Dublin (highlighted in bold) as they are, in my opinion, superior performances, even if the sound won't be quite as solid. Streets was a difficult one but I went with Sydney as it flows better with Running to Stand Still, which just has to be the Sydney version (agree with Coen on that one..)

  7. Dublin, all the songs are great there..Sydney is historical, but Dublin might be even better.

  9. well there is not much to choose between the two, but dublin has ultraviolet and that alone is enough to make it first choice for me.
    luckily i have a 30g ipod so i dont have this selection headache.

    I'd say Sydney, but only if you have the DTS-stream rip, that one really rocks on an iPod.

    (but that's ofcourse because these weren't played at Sydney )
