Live Aid is oustanding. Not the soundboard recording but you need to hear the audio rip from the Live Aid DVD. MUCH more power from Edge's guitar.
I've got the rip, and of course it is great, but I meant that (even being great), Live Aid version is reached by other versions.

I cant remember off the top of my head when this is done live, but this is particular poignant to me as my gran (who is no longer here) used to sing molly malone to me when i was very young. Its a very moving version and always makes me think of her when i hear that.

Isn't Chicago United Center? And isn't Fleet Center in Boston?

No matter, I know which you're referring to

Ahh, I miss the days when arenas had MEANINGFUL names, not the sponsoring corporations.

When I think of Chicago, I think of Chicago Stadium, NOT United Airlines. When I think of Boston, I think of Boston Garden, NOT Fleet Bank. The old names have history and culture behind them, and they're being replaced by money-grubbers. I have no problem with money (I know I sound like an old man here), but meaningful names are dwindling. Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, and Wrigley Field will probably be the last to go, but it will be a sad, sad, sad day when they do.
