    According to the error it's just temporary, probably some maintenance or something, you should try it later again.

    .flv is a video file used by youtube, dailymotion, etc..

    There are some programs available on the net to play and/or convert these files to your regular video files.
    You should use google (or any other searchengine for that matter) if you want more information.

    The date with the .flv file has been replaced by me since a few days, I've converted the file into MP3.
