The Milan DVD is part of the Deluxe Edition of the 18 Singles.It comes with the CD.
There's also a DVD version of this Best-Of Compilation called 18 Videos. That one was released separately.

If you have the Best Of 1980-1990 VHS/DVD and the Best Of 1990-2000 DVD it makes no sense to buy '18'. If you don't, then it might be a nice item in your collection.
