If you are not from one of the nine countries listed, you could still buy in one of these offers and would receive a code we are told.
We were told that the offers are in countries where Universal had existing retailer agreements. (Poland was added after the initial nine were put up.)
For those who pre-ordered the album with participating retailers before November 30, 2018 there is an additional presale. That presale will happen Monday January 22 at 9am, until Wednesday January 24, at 5pm. Those presales are for shows in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Ireland and Holland. (although Irish dates have not been announced yet.) There is no planned show for Poland at this time, we expect users who bought in the preorder in that country will be asked to choose from one of the other countries.
