That's what I said at the start of this thread. The number of IEMs and ALDs and so from the Elev Tour thrills me everytime. And not specially because I like them...

    Of course.
  5. is there anything the band can do to block the IEM recordings happening?
I wonder if they are even aware that people do it...?

Just stating what I know. The ALD of it that is circulating is garbage, more dropouts and static versus music. Its basically unlistenable.

they must be aware. What can they do to block it? If they try to transmit the signal via radiowaves they'd have to try some fucked up frequencies or explore other wireless communication technology (most of that can be hacked too tho)

Then blocking signals like that would also block most of their wireless equipment as well. Such as their own IEM equipment and then you'd have a band out of tune. It's amazing what is used, and so very high-tech. Except the PlayStation controller used to control the lights on the Vertigo Tour. That made me laugh.

The Army do that to. My argument was thatthere isn't really a way around people not picking up the wireless frequencies of IEM's and recording them. It's gonna keep happening.
  10. It's always going to happen regardless.

Invent something new and someone will invent something to break it, hack it or beat it. That's the way of the world.
  12. Fot those who don't have it...

Not soundboard but very good: Irving Plaza, especially 11 O'Clock Tick Tock...sounds almost like a DVD.
