R.E.M. - Living well is the best revenge

Is it a good album to 'get me in' to R.E.M or is it one for current fans?

i think this album takes rem back to the early days , i don't see it as "current fan" album, and i think it's a good album to get you in to this band.
  3. Fuck REM. Rush's last album was better.

Now that's a tough question. It's different to anything they did in the last 12 years, but somehow similar to what they did 20 years ago.

So the answer is Yes and No. But definitely not only for current fans. Actually, a lot of the people that liked the last 2 albums don't like Accelerate.

And be warned, you might have to listen to it like 10 times before you like it. Reminds me of the feeling I had when I got Pop back in 1997.
  5. I Dont Care Anymore by Phil Collins. Possibly the ultimate go fuck yourself song.
  6. Springsteen - Streets Of Fire.
  7. Because The night by Patti Smith. Ties with Stevie Nicks for my favirote female singer. Whos yours? (poll of the day)
  8. The new mix of Discotheque...
  9. Elevation

Does anyone listen to Rush? The only guy I ever knew that listened to Rush was my old high school band teacher....you know the type: 44 years old, acts like he's still in high school, put up a Rush poster in the bandroom, never dated anyone....no thanks.
