    I heard that its the siren that plays when a DJ doesn't play music for a period time. To remind him // her to play something, idk. If I were in the club, I would freak out & leave!

    It's for when the radio DJ doesn't play music - and there is 10 seconds of "dead air". The siren goes off to let the DJ know to play something.
